Governance

High standards in corporate governance and ethical conduct are integral to the success of Adriatic Metals.

Adriatic’s Board of Directors is responsible for establishing our corporate governance policy framework. The Board provides senior management with independent, objective advice with the aim of creating and sustaining value for our shareholders, as well as for our other stakeholders.

The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by reviewing and monitoring any matters relating to the management of workplace, community, or environmental impacts, the management of stakeholder relationships, and permitting and relevant regulatory risks.

Our corporate governance commitment underpins all of our work. We also adhere to a number of international standards that similarly govern our approach, including the EBRD Performance Requirements.

Adriatic Metals has a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of bribery and corruption and all our employees and business partners are required to adhere to our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

We disclose all our payments to Bosnian and Serbian government entities.
